Vice President Commercial Strategy I. Introduction The Bricton Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Marketing Director to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue, enhance brand visibility, and ensure guest satisfaction across our hotel portfolio. This role is essential for maintaining our hotels’ competitive edge in the hospitality industry. II. Objectives The primary objectives are: Increase Hotel Revenue:
Develop strategies to boost bookings, reservations, event sales, theatre tickets & packages, golf attendance & packages, and other revenue streams. Brand Enhancement:
Elevate brand awareness, reputation, and guest loyalty. Guest Experience:
Promote offerings and events to create memorable experiences. Marketing Strategy:
Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan across online and offline channels. III. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies:
Align with hotel goals and budgets, identify target markets, and monitor market trends. Campaign Management:
Plan seasonal/promotional campaigns via social media, email, SEO/SEM, and traditional media. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with sales, F&B, theatre, golf, and events teams. Performance Monitoring:
Use data analytics to assess and refine marketing efforts. Creative Agency Management:
Oversee agency relationships, project approvals, and timelines. Digital Marketing:
Manage online presence, website audits, content creation, paid campaigns, and reputation management. Social Media & Content:
Develop strategies, content calendars, engage audiences, and utilize influencers. Public Relations & Media:
Coordinate with media outlets, manage press releases, media visits, and crisis communications. Advertising & Promotions:
Execute campaigns, negotiate with media partners, and develop promotional packages. In-House Marketing & Signage:
Oversee signage and internal marketing assets. Email Marketing:
Create campaigns, manage lists, and utilize platforms like Mailchimp. Event Management:
Coordinate on-property marketing events and maintain marketing assets. Loyalty Program:
Manage Marriott Bonvoy promotions and member engagement strategies. Analytics & Reporting:
Track performance metrics and generate reports for continuous improvement. Budget Management:
Assist in budget planning, expense tracking, and ROI analysis. IV. Qualifications And Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field; Master’s preferred. At least 4 years of marketing experience in hospitality. Successful track record in marketing campaigns and revenue growth. Strong digital marketing knowledge: SEO, SEM, email, social media. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with marketing analytics tools. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt. Creative and innovative strategic thinking.
