Marketing Manager

. The ideal candidate will

have previous experience in the medical space and is comfortable working autonomously on a small team

. This is a

hybrid, full-time, direct placement

opportunity. The pay for this position is expected to be

$105,000 - 120,000 annually

.What You’ll Do:Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company's overall business goalsManage the marketing budget and track ROICreate and manage content for the company's website, social media channels, and other marketing materialsDevelop and manage relationships with key media outlets and agenciesTrack and analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaignsStay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologiesWhat You’ll Need:Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related settingExperience in using social media platforms and other digital marketing channelsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical skills (Google Analytics)Experience in CMS' (WordPress or similar)

Experience with a CRM (HubSpot or similar)
