The Manager Business to Business (B2B) Marketing is responsible for creating and executing effective marketing strategies for our retail partners and understanding the furniture industry market and its challenges. This position analyzes market trends, identifies product and brand positioning opportunities, and strategizes how to communicate the value proposition effectively. The Manager position encompasses project management and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Sales and Customer Service) to maximize impact on brand recognition, nurturing retailer relationships, and boosting overall business growth.Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy:Develops and executes comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with company objectivesImplements account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to engage key retail accounts effectivelyDevelops, manages and executes the end-to-end go-to-market launch campaigns for new products, new product enhancements.Copywriting and Internal Communication:Crafts compelling product benefits copy for various platforms, including websites, collections, and more.Conceptualizes, designs, and distributes inter-company communications, such as quarterly newsletters.Content Creation:Spearheads the creation of an extensive array of marketing materials, including but not limited to signage, email templates, presentations, brochures, sales enablement resources, and product fact sheets.Ensures each piece of collateral is thoughtfully designed to effectively spotlight Jonathan Louis products in retail environments, while upholding a unified and compelling brand message.Streamlines and enhances the production workflow for inspirational photoshoots, ensuring a seamless process from concept to deliveryBrand Management:Builds and enhances the Jonathan Louis brand through planned activities, fostering trust and awareness.Collaborates closely with Marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand aesthetic, creative direction, and uniform messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and touchpointsPartners seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Digital Marketing, Creative, and Sales, to deliver marketing messages across various media and platforms.Event Management:Plans, executes, and oversees B2B events such as trade shows, conferences, workshops, and client-specific events in partnership with the Director of MarketingProject Management:Independently manages project scope, schedules, workflows, and timelines based on project briefs.Market Research:Gathers valuable insights from market data to shape strategic decisions, optimize conversion rates, and drive sales growth.Analytics and Reporting:Monitors and analyzes marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.Utilizes data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and make continuous improvementsRelationship Management:Maintains alignment with Sales stakeholders to meet their marketing needs and exceed expectationsFosters partnerships with complementary businesses to expand reachManages third-party marketing servicesOversees multiple agencies, maximize ROI, and identify partnership opportunities.Presents ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.6+ years of experience in developing B2B marketing plans and campaigns.Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and tactics.Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from marketing data.Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving abilities.Experience in the home furnishings industry is a plus.Equal parts big picture strategist and dig-in-and-get-it-done for executionMinimal travel required for tradeshow and retailer partnerships event.
