Develop and iterate on user-centric design solutions, including process flows, wireframes, and prototypes;Conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors;Plan and facilitate workshops to gather insights, align stakeholders, and drive effective collaboration;Collaborate closely with product owners to understand requirements, check on adoption, and establish a feedback loop for continuous improvement;Synthesize quick mock-ups for A/B testing to validate and refine design concepts;Utilize business analysis or process analysis background to align design solutions with business goals;Create design artifacts in Figma and share with stakeholders.
