Senior UI/UX Designer

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. You will create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.Duties and Responsibilities:Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineersIllustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemapsDesign graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgetsDevelop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and lookCreate original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)Prepare and present rough drafts and wireframes to internal teams and key stakeholdersIdentify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedbackAdhere to style standards on fonts, colors and imagesEnsures timely completion of deliverables in coordination with product managersCoaches designers and provides feedbackStrong understanding of mobile platforms and standard mobile design paradigmsPerforms other related duties as necessary or assignedRequirements

Required Skills and Abilities:Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar rolePortfolio of design projectsKnowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Figma, InVision)Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopTeam spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholdersEducation and Experience:BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant fieldThree years of related experience requiredPlease let know you found this position on DesignX Job Board as a way to support us so we can keep fostering this community.
