SUMMARY:

The Marketing Coordinator will serve as point-person for implementing assigned marketing initiatives and activities for the Brand. These initiatives and activities include advertising campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), MY TC! Rewards programs, and off-premise marketing initiatives. They will also continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace. This position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Assist in creating strategies to take advantage of market opportunities.Help in the development of local store marketing efforts for the Brand.Fulfill details of all Marketing and advertising campaigns, product launches, promotional windows and loyalty initiatives.Implement strategies with cross-functional teams.Work with external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies.Review brand content and monitor the integration of campaigns for brand consistency.Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, pricing and distribution, and by conducting consumer research.Analyze sales data to determine new products and delete underperforming products.Work closely with departments such as R&D to consult on packaging and products as it relates to branding.Write reports, specifications, recaps and creative briefs.Assist with the tracking and coding of Marketing invoices and budget reconciliation.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Excellent verbal/written communication skills a must.Strong research and analytical skillsComfort with CRM softwareIn-depth understanding of the company's current products and future conceptsA willingness to listenAbility to think creatively and innovativelyBudget-management skills and proficiencyProfessional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the fieldAnalytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challengesFamiliarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Two to Five years of marketing experienceCollege Degree in Marketing or related field - preferredStrong time management skills and commitment to work in a team environmentExcellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredAbility to travel 15%Familiarity with restaurant marketing a plus.
