We are looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator for our Deland, FL office!

Summary:

Responsible for managing tactical and sales support marketing activities across the Kingspan Insulated Panels sector Marketing groups.

ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties:

Ensure product information on marketing literature is always up-to-date and compliant with the latest testing and certification information.

Manage the design and delivery of marketing collateral for the sales teams and the marketplace. Examples include brochures, presentations, case studies and technical guides.

Coordinate participation in events such as tradeshows, roadshows, lunch and learns, webinars; including coordinating production of displays and booths.

Manage relationships with external vendors, such as design agencies, printers, promotions and tradeshow partners, to ensure successful execution of projects and events.

Execute customer/trade events and promote the company in the best possible way.

Continuous day-to-day sales/technical team support to improve the stakeholders experience.

Coordinate orders, inventories and deliveries of branded promotional items to support branding and sales efforts.

Provide ad hoc support to the Marketing team as needed.

QualificationsEducation/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related discipline

3+ years relevant marketing program execution experience

Understanding of construction industry an asset

Computer Skills:

Must be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook

Experience updating websites using CMS tools

Experience using CRM software for marketing purposes

Other Skills and Requirements:

Highly organized and proficient in project management

Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

Detail-oriented team player with a keen interest in sustainable building

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including exceptional spelling and grammar

Proven ability to build relationships across various functional teams

High level of interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, flexibility, and ability to manage and reset priorities in a rapidly changing environment

Self-motivated individual

Creativity and commercial awareness

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
