If you are team-spirited, share a passion in cultivating relationships, marketing services and have a desire to assist others, then the Marketing & Communications Associate role was made for you!Responsibilities of our Marketing & Communications Associate:Utilize product knowledge to upsell products and services as needed and assist our sales team in new client acquisitionsEstablish and maintain long lasting business and client relationshipsIdentify, troubleshoot, and provide clients resolutions to their issues and concerns based off our market territory and research of the local areaMaintain open communication between our clients, their consumers, and teamProvide clients with an individualized purchasing experience and utmost customer serviceCoordinate with marketing and sales team to ensure products are being promoted and assist with processing ordersDocument client’s contact information, ensure their purchase order is correct, and submit all information accordingly to our Senior Client Relations AssociatesCollaborate with fellow Marketing & Communications Associates, and other Customer Service and Sales team members that all marketing goals and sales targets are metMarketing & Communications Associate Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent certification requiredBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or other related fields preferred1-3 years of experience working in Marketing, Communications, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or other related fields preferredPeople-oriented and passionate about building relationshipsCharismatic and personable demeanor that transpires to fellow Marketing & Communications Associates and other team membersResults driven and self-motivated to improve interpersonal skillsPractices active listening and is empathetic to client’s concernsSolution-oriented and takes initiative in resolving unexpected challenges#LI-Onsite
