To achieve our ambitious goals, we are hunting for driven candidates to join our team as a Direct Sales Consultant.Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales & Marketing ManagerPresent to potential buyers of our client’s products, services, and promotions to increase sales and provide them with a personable purchasing experience through our direct consulting platformUtilize product knowledge, competitive pricing, market research, and other sales tactics to drive sales and outperform our competitorsIdentify new business opportunities, explore potential sales markets, and expand our client’s market reachCollaborate with fellow Direct Sales Consultants and Client Relations Representatives on innovative sales strategies, current industry trends, and effective sales tactics to increase customer acquisitionsAnalyze daily sales performance, evaluate total weekly metrics, and establish individual and sales team goals to ensure we exceed client’s expectationsTrain with our Direct Sales Consultant Executives and Senior-Level Client Relations Representatives by shadowing their demonstrations and appointments with potential buyersPartake in virtual conference calls and attend all on-site meetings to gain full comprehension of our client’s campaign goals, promotion updates, new product launches, customer acquisition rates, and other sales-related details

Entry Level Sales & Marketing Manager Skills Preferred:Self-motivated and driven by a passion for sales to exceed all sales goals and expectationsConfident in public speaking and sound consultative selling skillsCharismatic and extroverted nature that blends with fellow Direct Sales Consultants and other colleagues in different departmentsAdaptable in high-pressure environments and quick-thinking in critical situationsSolution-oriented and possess strong negotiation skills through active listening to potential buyer’s concerns

Basic Qualifications for a Entry Level Sales & Marketing Manager:High School Diploma or equivalent certification requiredBachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Communications, or other business-related fields preferred1-3 years of experience working in Sales, Consulting, Business, Leadership, and other sales-related fields preferredReliable transportation to our on-site location#LI-Onsite
