Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (and as needed)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage all employee incentive programs and manage communication of results; conduct post-analysis on incentive campaign effectiveness.

2. Enter all house accounts on a weekly basis.

3. Manage compilation and communication of all sales trackers.

4. Create and produce sales presentations.

5. Lead Encompass survey compilation. Design, implement, and execute surveys from inception to results. Update, maintain, and publish data for current surveys including work withs and out of stocks.

6. Input data for sample tickets.

7. Collaborate with Sales Analyst and DSMs to prepare accurate monthly sales bonus information for payroll.

8. Convert tap handle survey data from CBG into infographics for sales team.

9. Mange POS data in Encompass including inventory adjustments, reporting, and other maintenance tasks.

10. Provide analytical sales support and proactively provide information on systemic sales issues and market trends.

11. Implement SOPs, process improvement systems, and lean principles to ensure efficiency of analysis and speed to end user.

12. Collaborate with sales teams and managers to troubleshoot processes, solve routine problems, and optimize data delivery.

13. Manage sales and distribution data and analytics to sales management and suppliers.

14. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

2. Possess education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree plus three years similar related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3. Possess advanced communication and presentation skills.

4. Possess proficiency in Encompass and Excel to manage and analyze data.

5. Possess the ability to convert raw data and information into clear metrics, KPIs, infographics, charts, and dashboards for ease of use to end user.

6. Possess the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

7. Possess the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

8. Possess the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

9. Possess the ability to maintain regular and punctual in-person attendance in the office.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the functions of this job, the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.
