About the Role

As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines. We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager, your main focus is to develop and maintain all aspects of a strategic marketing for our ADVANZ PHARMA US products. You will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the Sales Team, in effectively understanding the brand plan and the critical success factors in executing the brand plan. This must be accomplished while ensuring compliance to ADVANZ PHARMA policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

What You'll Do:Developing and overseeing the marketing strategy for Pinnacle Biologics & Advanz Pharma, U.S. to include promoting and advertising pharmaceutical productsDeveloping strategic and tactical plans to achieve marketing objectives, including brand planning and strategy developmentEvaluating the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and suggesting improvementsResearching and analyzing market trends and competitors, and converting the raw data into detailed reports and actionable insightsEvaluating and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products and developing comparative statistics and metricsProvide assistance to the General Manager in aligning with the company's strategic priorities and expansion/business acceleration plans.Periodically engage in field visits and conduct observations alongside Regional Business Managers during their interactions with designated Healthcare Professions and institutions within their respective territories.Integrate and clarify marketing and selling strategies, enhance execution and maximize return on investment.Work cross-functionally with other Pinnacle Biologics departments to create, implement and optimize all necessary sales support initiatives.Provide support to the Pinnacle Medical Team reactively whenever necessary.Provide accurate and complete reporting data on all assigned and required compliance programs and any other ad hoc projects/tasks allocated by line manager as required to meet business needs.Maintain strict adherence to ADVANZ PHARMA's compliance framework, which encompasses policies, procedures, guidance materials, as well as national and state legal mandates related to healthcare compliance, to be upheld consistently.About You

Qualifications:

Graduate Degree (MBA, MA, etc) in business or life Sciences4 Year Degree in business, life sciences or other relevant subjectExperience & Competences:

Minimum 2 years experience as a pharmaceutical product managerMinimum 5 years experience on a pharmaceutical or medical device company brand teamMinimum 2 years pharma/device marketing experience in oncologyProven aptitude for understanding highly technical data/materialsAbility to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on complex topics to key audiencesDemonstrated ability to develop and conduct effective training.Proven aptitude for understanding highly technical data/materialsAbility to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on complex topics to key audiencesKnowledge & Skills:

Expert knowledge of human anatomy and physiologyExpert knowledge of human respiratory systemExpert knowledge of lung cancer and related malignanciesProficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Possess a valid driver's license in the state of residencePossess and maintain a driving record that is acceptable to the CompanyWilling and able to submit to various hospital credentialing requirementsAbility and willingness to travel nationally and internationallyPossess and maintain a valid U.S. PassportPersonal Qualities:

Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ)Friendly, outgoing, enjoys meeting new people and interacting with people daily.Comfortable in large group settings.Able to work in our Chicago office 3 days a week
