We deliver results that exceed expectations and we win together!Your Role:Tenable is seeking a talented and dynamic product marketing leader to help drive the business, support internal GTM teams, and serve as the market expert for the Operational Technology (OT) sector.Tenable is the Exposure Management company. More than 40,000 organizations around the world rely on us to help them understand and reduce cybersecurity risk. Our goal is to arm every organization, no matter how large or small, with the visibility and insight to answer four critical questions at all times: Where are we exposed? Where should we prioritize based on risk? Are we reducing our exposure over time? How do we compare to our peers?In this role, you will lead a team of product marketers to create and execute the marketing strategy for our Operational Technology solutions. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will interface and regularly collaborate with a variety of teams within Tenable and play a key role in successfully executing product launches, enablement programs and demand generation campaigns for OT products. You will leverage analytics, establish benchmarks, and gain feedback to identify program success and/or opportunities for improvement. Ultimately, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving Tenable’s success in the Operational Technology security market.Your Opportunity:Define value drivers tied to our customers’ business outcomes that are meaningful, relevant, and actionablePerform market research and analysis using primary (customer, partner) and secondary (analyst, sales) sources; use this to inform product, pricing, and go-to-market strategiesDevelop buyer personas, solution messaging, and content strategy for the OT security marketCreate clear and compelling content for sales collateral, solution briefs, blog posts, website, webcasts, trade shows, and related activities to drive market demand and awarenessIdentify key technology partnership / co-marketing opportunities and new routes to marketLead cross-functional efforts to research, plan and implement go-to-market tactics that drive demand, customer adoption & success, and revenueLead new product and solution launchesTake ownership of the results by measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and launch activities with data-driven insights and performance trackingActively participate in analyst relations and public relations initiativesParticipate in webcasts, events and other demand generation activitiesGuide and contribute to sales and partner enablementServe as a voice of the sales team to the product development organizationRecruit, onboard and train new hiresProvide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the teamCreate an inclusive, supportive environment where all team members can do their best workPartner with manager (VP) on budget requests and spending for needs of strategy and/or team development.Provide input on yearly budget for planned strategy as well as for team (T&E, etc.)Must have ability to travel in the US up to 20% of timeWhat You'll Need:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required10+ years of high tech product marketing or similar experience; 7+ years’ experience as a direct people managerMarketing experience within SaaS and security technology, as well as a working knowledge of cybersecurity trends. Experience in operational technology is a plusProven background in owning customer research, market analysis, and segmentationStrong written and oral communication and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for a variety of audiencesCollaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels, departments, and geographically dispersed office locationsAbility to blend strategic thinking with creative executionExcellent organizational skills and strong follow-throughAbility to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where change is the norm and the bar for quality is set highProven ability to balance multiple projects at the same timeAnd Ideally:Master’s degreeKnowledge of the OT Security landscapeIf you’ve reached this point, and you’re still not sure if you should apply…..Just do it! Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance.
