The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in promoting The Jill Smith Team as a whole and supporting the marketing efforts of our individual agents. This role requires excellent communication skills as the Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with vendors, agents, counterparts, and the public. While real estate knowledge is a plus, it is not required. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding time management and organizational skills, be adept at utilizing technology, and demonstrate a willingness to learn new platforms quickly. Responsibilities: • Create and develop marketing collateral for both the team and individual agents, including advertisements, postcards, and event materials. • Manage the Marketing Department, overseeing tasks such as closing gifts, onboarding new agents, and tracking department expenses. • Maintain and manage the team's online presence, including website maintenance and management. • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives such as client appreciation events, promotional events, and the annual charity golf tournament. • Oversee marketing expenses and budget allocation to maximize ROI. • Support agents in their marketing efforts, providing guidance and assistance as needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong time management and organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Social media and digital marketing knowledge and experience. • Proficiency in technology and a willingness to adapt to new platforms. • Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required. Compensation: $50,000
