Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the development of annual business plan and multi-year strategic plansExecute plans for assigned product lines/ channels to deliver against plan objectivesAct as the project leader/ manager for business development and cost-savings initiatives, acting as the key cross-functional go-to person for project decisions, guidance, communication and managementProvide ongoing reporting and analysis of category data and segments to identify product and competitive strengths and weaknesses, identify growth opportunities and defense strategies as needed.Monitor and report out on competitive activity and implicationsPartner with sales and channel marketing to understand key account strategies and identify and implement appropriate category management solutions for optimizing account performance.Leverage consumer insights, IRI and other available data to provide selling stories for key initiativesUse multiple data sources to identify new product opportunities and support development of the product pipelineManage the product launches from concept through commercialization - including positioning, product and package development, pricing strategy, go-to-market tactics and performance tracking
