Requirements
Job Requirements:
Manage work flow for the contents department on the warehouse floorManage cleaning techs for the Electronics booth, Fireline booth, Specialty cleaning booth and large contentsCoordinate cleaning schedules and work with Contents, Mitigation, and Laundry Managers to keep warehouse organized and packaged togetherComplete production paperwork and file in appropriate places. Keep up on Dash and Assured SoftwareCoordinate priority cleaningWarehouse inventory managementContents Supplies Ordering, work with facilities to order and store consumablesDaily scheduled maintenance work in tandem with FacilitiesFork Lift certifiedFollow & enforce established safety practices including proper use of PPE, when required.Assist with Mitigation and Contents field operations as neededKeep up on projected pack in DatesLoad trucks for Pack inOrganize vendor estimates, relationships, delivery progress etc.Assured Software reporting, Ipad data securement, scanning, report creationCreate/track metrics for productivityPick and set up orders for customer viewingsQuality ControlCoordinate space and place for incoming jobsFollow budgets to maintain profit goalsMaintain daytime policies into the second shiftExperience:

Driver's LicensePhysical Demands:
Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs.May involve significant stand/walk/ push/pull.Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.Ability to work in confined spaces.Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times.Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions.
