We are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team and help drive marketing efforts.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating and developing marketing policies, programs, and campaigns to support the growth and success of the company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and the efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identify needs for new products and services and make recommendations to leadership.Compose, develop, evaluate, and conduct training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
