Digital Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our digital campaign performance and content creation. In this position, you will be responsible for the management of all digital platforms, including developing strategies to increase traffic and social media presence, establishing schedules for the release of articles or blog posts, and monitoring performance to measure the success of the campaign. Our ideal candidate is an expert in attribution marketing using G4. When you find dips in our digital marketing performance, you must make adjustments as necessary to keep the lead funnel full and within budget. You will also manage the progress of your team and ensure they meet departmental goals and deadlines.Digital Marketing Manager Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee management of updates, design, and user experience on all digital channelsAssure team is monitoring, engaging and building upon daily messaging and postsAssure effective, cohesive, and engaging messaging per brand guidelinesConduct and report analysis of site and social traffic and site trafficEstablish and monitor ROI and KPIsCreate, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendarsManagement of and support to our international Marketing teamDigital Marketing Manager Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field5+ years of experience in marketing and team management; with at least 3 years in digital marketing managementSolid understanding of eCommerce, PPC, SEO, and SEMKnowledge of media editing software (photo and video)Strong social media experienceWorking knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platformsWorking knowledge of email campaign marketing platformsDemonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategiesExcellent communication skillsFamiliarity with Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools; Salesforce experience a plusAbout MyOutDesk:
