About this role

This position reports to the head of Corporate Functions Communications and leads a team of communicators responsible for the SDI and Technology divisions. The incumbent will design strategic communications programs that focuses on advancing our digital transformation and corporate strategy story through public relations, executive communications, and internal communications.For additional information on this line of business, refer to the external Careers Site at Wellsfargo.com/career.In this role you will:Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic counselor to the SDI and Technology Operating Committee MembersDevelop annual communications strategies to establish each leader’s voice to their employees and to promote the digital transformation across the enterpriseIdentify executive advocacy, external speaking and/or social media opportunitiesPosition the leader's approach to diversity, equity and inclusion as well as key business initiativesWork with the leader's direct reports to ensure their messaging ladders upWrite and edit, key messages, talking points, and social media content to inform target audiencesTrack and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomesPartner with communicators to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messagingCoach and mentor six geographically dispersed communicators at the Lead and Senior Lead levelsDepending on the volume of applications received, this job posting may be removed prior to the indicated close date.Required Qualifications

8+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of management experienceDesired Qualifications

Experience developing integrated communications strategies and plans for corporate functionsExperience counseling executives on high profile issues and delivery of internal communicationsExperience designing executive thought leadership platformsExperience in crisis communications or issues managementExperience developing compelling content and leveraging multiple channels for creative storytellingExperience leading, high-performing geographically dispersed teams within a matrix organizationExperience building strong relationships and working across large organizations

Pay Range$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
