About S.A.C.R.D:S.A.C.R.D is a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation and preservation of the sacred Peyote cactus. Our mission encompasses conservation, education, and sustainable cultivation efforts to ensure the long-term survival of this culturally significant plant.Role Overview:As the Social Media Coordinator for S.A.C.R.D, you will play a crucial role in amplifying our mission and engaging with our community through various social media channels, mostly instagram and facebook. This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to environmental conservation and make a positive impact.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation:Develop engaging and visually appealing content for S.A.C.R.D's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.Collaborate with the team to create content that aligns with S.A.C.R.D's mission and goals.Social Media Management:Monitor and manage S.A.C.R.D's social media accounts.Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community.Campaign Support:Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns to promote S.A.C.R.D's initiatives, events, and fundraising efforts.Community Engagement:Build and nurture relationships with S.A.C.R.D's online community.Encourage participation, discussions, and sharing of S.A.C.R.D's content.Analytics and Reporting:Monitor social media analytics to evaluate the performance of posts and campaigns.Provide regular reports and insights to the team.Qualifications:Passion for environmental conservation and the mission of S.A.C.R.D.Strong understanding of various social media platforms.Excellent communication and creative writing skills.Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools is a plus.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Previous experience in social media coordination or marketing is desirable but not required.How to Apply:If you are passionate about leveraging social media for positive change and want to contribute to the conservation of Peyote, we invite you to apply for the Social Media Coordinator volunteer position.
