Responsibilities
Receiving customer’s and their automobiles in the most
effective and timely manner.
Constant communication with your service technicians.
Calling customers with diagnostic results and recommendations from your technicians.
Selling the recommendations from your technicians.
Assisting our service customers at checkout
Prompt call to customers when vehicle is washed and ready.
Close all repair orders and
review with customers as they pick up their automobiles .
Managing loaner and rental schedule
Qualifications
Professional attitude and strong communication, listening, and phone skills
Ability to prioritize assignments, multi-task, be detail-oriented, adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary and be able to work under pressure

Intermediate Word, EXCEL, and data entry
