Marketing and Promotions Associate

We're seeking a proactive individual to assist our on-site marketing team in executing the company's comprehensive marketing plan.

Responsibilities:

• Implement marketing plans and operational functions according to company standards.
• Participate in product/service knowledge training for on-site teams on behalf of management.
• Execute product presentation directives to meet sales team standards.
• Assist customers with queries about featured client products/services.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of new clients' marketing and branding strategies. Apply this knowledge to develop tailored marketing strategies for clients.
• Uphold the highest level of customer service to boost productivity and achieve sales goals.
• Familiarize yourself with marketing systems implemented in each promotional campaign.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing manager as needed.
  
  

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, events, or retail settings is advantageous. Internship or entry-level experience will be considered as working experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
• Availability to work weekends for events and promotions.
• Excellent time management skills and adherence to schedules.
