Nature of Work:
Lead the development and execution of creative, content and storytelling to support organizational priorities, goals and objectives.
Key duties:Manage Brand Guide (Position + Identity) in collaboration with VP of MarketingEnsure consistent and unified brand identity across all deliverables and channelsDevelop creative briefs and narratives for seasonal, Playoff, and marketing campaignsCoordinate and execute production of creative including graphics, video and copyIdeation and creative support across departments (Partnership Marketing, Digital, etc.)Development and execution brand campaigns relative to "Tentpole" events and activationsCoordinate special projects and brand initiativesProvide hands-on tactical leadership to marketing team, mentor team members, and foster their personal developmentEffectively communicate and collaborate with key internal stakeholdersContinuous evaluation and improvement of project workflow, process, and toolThis description is a summary only and is describing the general level of work being performed, it is not intended to be all-inclusive.
