Position Overview

We are offering a full-time Marketing Coordinator position, which will be a remote/work-from-home position. However, candidates must reside in south Florida and be capable of attending in-person events. In addition to competitive salaries and discretionary performance-based bonuses, staff members are entitled to mileage reimbursement for work engagements. Our work environment is casual and will also include periodic travel opportunities.

Qualifications

All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States, have a valid Florida driver’s license and be fluent in written and verbal English. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience in administrative, customer service, and/or marketing roles in a professional service business. Experience working in Property/Association Management is a plus! Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic team-based environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

-Coordination of local advertising campaigns

-Assisting senior staff with lead generation, proposal documents and correspondence

-Marketing research and fact-finding

-Regular attendance at local trade shows, meeting, other marketing-related events as needed

-Direct communication with clients via email and telephone
