Job Summary

The Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing will be a key player in brand and product marketing content development and activation for our portfolio of brands that delivers on brand objectives with the overall goal of driving results. This role is a challenging and strategic one, critical to the success of the company goals. This is a hybrid role based out of our new office located near Piedmont Part on the beltline in Atlanta, Ga.

This is a really exciting time to be part of our Brand Team as we drive a new brand look and architecture for our heritage brand, Charbroil, executing against a brand refresh on Oklahoma Joe's and support a new, disruptive brand and product line that is revolutionizing the industry, CURRENT.

Duties and Responsibilities

Be a champion for the brand(s) and operate with a strong sense of ownershipManage a small, internal team with diverse skillsets that cover media house expertise and brand marketingHelp lead the planning and development of the annual marketing calendar to meet revenue objectives for D2C, omnichannel and brick & mortar retailersDevelop, manage, analyze and report on KPIsStrategically build and plan different content layers by brand and tactics in a unified effort to drive followership, engagement and conversionPartner with the product team to commercialize innovative new products with compelling messaging, visual content, digital and in-store execution that meets product launch goalsSupport the New Product Development Process Commercialization deliverables that includes consumer validation to Digital and Physical shelf executionPartner with sales team and customer brand and marketing teams to optimize retailer toolkits and analyze results to meet objectivesPartner with D2C team to develop content calendar, audit and update content and drive sales through performance marketing tacticsCreative brief development for internal and external creative team members that clearly communicates objectives and provides clear direction to deliver content that is on brand and best in class deliverables from packaging to POP to digital and traditional marketing campaignsEngage and manage external agency relationships and deliverablesQualification Requirements

Minimum Education:

BA / BS degree - Masters Degree preferredMinimum Work Experience:

Must possess a minimum of eight (8) years experience in Branding and Marketing, Advertising, ideally in the CPG spaceLicense(s) / Certification(s):
