The Marketing Assistant will contribute across a range of functions for the Marketing team, from email marketing, analytics and web production to contact data management.

Responsibilities:

Email Marketing

Coordinate with Business Development and attorneys in generating email marketing and event campaigns

Data and Analytics

Track and report on email marketing and event campaign performanceAnalyze data to reveal trends and establish best practices

Website

Publish new content, update existing pages and perform QA on the firm’s online properties

Contact Data Management

Monitor contact updatesManage mailing listsExecute data quality improvement initiativesMaintain alumni contact information

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Communications degree preferred)Technically savvy and able to master new applications quickly. Proficiency with Microsoft applications is required. HTML knowledge is preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)Understanding of the pressures of working in a corporate environment and manages stress wellAble to balance competing priorities while meeting time-sensitive deadlines, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously, including confidential mattersHighly organized with meticulous attention to detailResourceful, driven attitude with a desire to use a “whatever it takes” approach to ensure successStrong analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of an organizationExhibits high energy and genuine enthusiasm for legal marketing activities and goalsOvertime work often required. hybrid

role which requires in-office attendance in accordance with the schedule set forth by the department. A hybrid schedule is an essential function of this role.

Salary

:

$65,000. Paul, Weiss offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. The firm considers a number of factors when determining compensation, including, but not limited to, education, years of experience, levels of experience, competency levels and other relevant skills and qualifications.Overtime work is often required, including nights and weekends.
