This Program Manager will lead development program efforts related to Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) Payloads, specifically relating to Multi-function Processors (MFP) and open architecture software defined radios (SDR). Candidates will be responsible for leading pursuit and capture opportunities, executing both internal (IR&D) and external development programs, supporting new product introduction and production transition activities while managing the total life cycle of new and existing product lines. As a Program Manager you will also be an integral part of developing strategies and actions related to the Strategic Financial Plan and establishing baselines and ensuring performance to our Annual Operating Plan. Coordination with many organizations across Collins Aerospace and Raytheon Technologies will be expected as well as interaction with Government customers and contractors. Some travel should be expected but will follow Collins corporate and local/state/national guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities:Develop and execute business plans and strategies to grow the business as part of an overarching business strategyLead pursuit and order capture activities, including strategy development, customer contact and influence, proposal development, and negotiationLead program execution (NRE development of hardware/software and recurring sales), meeting financial, technical and schedule objectivesContribute to the development of the Strategic Financial Plan and Annual Operating PlanManage design to cost (DTC) goals for products to meet gross margin targetsManage single source obsolescence for existing productsAccountable for entire performance of the assigned value streamRun a profitable and predictable business through accurate forecasting, on-time deliveries, and management of risks and opportunitiesInterfaces with multiple customers / potential customers for various product lines and services, with significant material impact to the enterpriseAbility to have a growing impact on customer satisfaction due to regular customer interface and project scopeLead complex teams with some matrixed responsibilitiesCoordinate with Engineering, Business Development, and fellow Value Stream Leaders to develop and leverage product line solutions and capabilitiesLead decision making for the IPTs and applies critical thinking where incomplete data existsBasic Qualifications:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience

orAn Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

orIn absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experienceThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is requiredU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearancePreferred Qualifications:

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
