EditorialRequirements:Manages day-to-day workload of assigned brands with minimal-to-no oversight from editorial leadership and assists direct reports in managing their workloads as neededManages a team of about 2-3 direct reportsPartners with department leadership on initiatives to support department and companyAble to troubleshoot issues on their own and for their direct reports but also knows when to raise concerns to editorial leadershipFluent in editorial process and proactively suggests process adjustments to meet client needs and timelinesRecognizes issues with process/quality and provides solutions, consulting with editorial leadership as neededAttends kickoff meetings for individual brands and direct reports, as neededIn addition to attending kickoff meetings and monitoring workload in the day-to-day, GES recognizes the big picture and proactively plans for staffing, alerting editorial leadership of times when further support may be neededProvides support and mentorship to direct reports tailored to their individual growth opportunitiesDemonstrates a strong ability to prioritize and work closely with project management to ensure all client deadlines are met for assigned brands and direct reports brandsNotifies editorial leadership of any team concerns in a timely mannerComfortable with fact-checking, cold reads, w4w reviews, and editing for digital and printHas been the editorial lead on successful launches within pharma/med tech.The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
