We're looking for a creative and innovative Creative & Influencer Supervisor to join our team. This person will lead our creative and influencer teams, guiding campaign strategy and managing a team of creative individuals.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACTVisionary Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the creative and influencer marketing team. Set clear goals, foster a culture of creativity and collaboration, and empower team members to reach their full potential.Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the creative and influencer marketing team, including resource allocation, project management, and performance evaluation.Team Mentorship: Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Manage a network of freelancers for project overflow work.Creative & Influencer Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive creative and influencer marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives. Drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through compelling content and authentic partnerships.New Business Development: Partner with sales and business development teams to craft winning pitches and proposals. Actively participate in client presentations and RFP responses, showcasing your expertise and passion for creative and influencer solutions.Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of creative and influencer campaigns, ensuring seamless project management, on-time delivery, and measurement of KPIs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to integrate creative and influencer efforts into broader marketing initiatives.

YOUR BACKGROUND3+ years of creative services experience, with at least 1+ years of people management experienceExperience in managing creative services and design teams with an emphasis on social design, print asset design, copywriting, and website designProven track record in creative sales, including developing and executing sales strategies for creative servicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and unique messagingAbility to understand and effectively drive "big picture" business goalsAbility to achieve measurable business outcomes and high attention to detail and efficiencyStrong knowledge of creative performance, platform trends, and vertical expertise in performance and growth marketing digital creative assetsMust be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done with the ability to adapt swiftly to changing prioritiesWorking experience in Influencer marketing and managing UGC content is required.

This role is based in our NYC office and you must reside or be willing to relocate within commuting distance of the office for this role. Our company hybrid schedule requires a minimum of 3 days/week in office. The beginning week of each month follows a 4-day schedule for our "Team Collaboration Week".
