Job DescriptionTejjy Inc. is currently looking for an architect with BIM modeling experience. Candidates on H1 / OPT are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Creating Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, and Electrical modelsAttending coordination meetings with clientsCollaborating with other disciplinesAiding in the creation of Revit families, as neededExhibit a strong understanding of construction principlesAssist Project Managers with the estimation and scoping of new project opportunitiesSite visits and inspection as and when requiredMaintaining unambiguous communication with all the stakeholdersRequirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture/ also accepting applicants with Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil EngineeringExperienced in Autodesk Forge, and/or Dynamo2+ years or more of Construction-related experience utilizing Autodesk Revit Architecture and/or Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM360, and AutoCAD is preferred
