The Opportunity

Adobe has some of the most interesting stories in the world to tell, come help us tell them! We're looking for a Social Creative Director to help us take our social content to the next level. Working with an in-house team of makers, production partners, and agencies, the Creative Director will be responsible for developing industry-leading creative across all social platforms. This role is a player-coach position, where the ideal candidate will be able to take things from concept to final delivery, maintaining a high level of conceptual thinking while also being able to finesse the details. As part of our newly formed Social Editorial team, you'll be bringing to life Adobe's content strategy and ensuring that Adobe's social channels are best in class.

10+ years at an agency, media company, or brand focused on social creative workHands-on maker experience, from concepting to production, with a willingness to rollup your sleeves and get in the weeds of executionAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, newsroom-style teamExperience mentoring and developing junior creativesWillingness to take on all types of projects, big and smallA deep understanding of social platforms and their creative formatsExperience with both product and consumer marketingExperience taking a moment in culture and reacting quickly to create a social activationProficiency in Adobe software

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $102,300 -- $234,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
