The Opportunity

We are the market leader in software products and services for the creative ecosystem with Creative Cloud, as well as for PDF document solutions with Document Cloud! The Digital Media (DMe) product lines target creatives of all types, as well as general knowledge workers, from consumer through large enterprises. Our Creative Cloud enterprise business is mission critical to enterprises and global brands to scale on-brand content creation across creative, marketing, sales, HR departments and more. We are looking for an executive to lead product and engineering for Creative Cloud solutions in enterprise, including Creative Cloud for Enterprise, Creative Cloud for Teams and new Firefly Services.

Reporting to the SVP, Creative Product Group, this executive will be responsible for articulating and driving the Creative Cloud enterprise vision and innovation product roadmap while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will Champion a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and approaches, revolutionizing the way creative cloud solutions are sold into the enterprise. You will bring a proven ability to define a clear vision for the Creative Cloud Enterprise business, work effectively in a cross-organization, geographically distributed environment, and exercise leadership to make a profound impact through influence. You will lead engineering and product management directly and partner with design and product marketing leaders. You will recruit, develop, manage and lead a multi-disciplined team responsible for building and delivering our industry-leading tools.

What you'll doLead the product strategy, management and engineering development for Adobe's Creative Cloud enterprise business, including building Firefly Services, a new API and custom model offering to build Adobe's creative and generative AI technology into custom enterprise workflows.Build deep understanding of customer needs and how Adobe can uniquely meet them through differentiated product strategy.Define and drive objectives and key results to measure the success of transformational initiatives in close partnership with cross-functional category leadership to include design, product marketing, product and engineering.Spot risks, find opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends, and understand implications, breaking insights down into pragmatic actions.Lead product management and engineering teams across Adobe to bring the vision to fruition in long-lasting ways that reflect a deep sensitivity to customer needs.Evaluate and optimize organizational structures and processes for enhanced efficiency and agility.Apply data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product and engineering priorities. Analyze the impact of the activities and refine them as needed to create an environment of continuous learning and iteration across the organization.Interactions frequently involve highly-visible activities such as speaking to or negotiating with customers or partners, influencing other executives and representing the organization on matters of great significance to the organization.Lead team of high-impact product managers and engineers in partnership with design and product marketing leaders to drive excellence in experience and execution. Bring a combination of critical thinking and pragmatic delivery to yield the best short-term and long-term results.Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilization.Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a workplace that celebrates and respects differences.Foster a sense of belonging and purpose, encouraging a strong connection to the vision and mission. Proven experience in performing in senior leadership roles overseeing both product management and engineering functions, including leading highly versatile and diverse teams.Demonstrated success in selling both applications and APIs / services into enterprise.A passionate commitment to customer experience and product quality.Demonstrated excellence in the areas of customer insight, critical thinking, and product innovation.Proven track record of building and leading hard-working teams.The inherently collaborative and leading personality that enables you to win the hearts and minds of your peers to implement in complexity successfully.A sense of urgency and ability to act quickly and decisively, possessing self-confidence to be assertive when taking a position, and not afraid to make decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed environment at scale partnering across all functions, BU's and Geo'sDemonstrated success in driving positive cultural change.Demonstrated success in encouraging an environment where employees feel connected and motivated to collaborate.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $237,300 -- $488,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
