This role is responsible for leading and driving the LRB portfolio’s shopper marketing strategy and activation initiatives that drives brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will initially collaborate with the in-house Shopper Marketing team, and over time build a team to deliver best-in-class shopper marketing tools and execution playbooks that support the Retailer and the Consumer.

Accountabilities & Impact:

Strategic Planning: Develop & implement comprehensive shopper strategy aligned with overall business objectives.Team Leadership: Set direction & inspire a high-performing shopper team and partner agencies, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.Campaign Development: Create & execute best-in-class campaigns to amplify brand messages & drive engagementCollaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, incl. Sales, Brand, FP&A, etc. to ensure alignment & integration of initiativesBudget Management: Manage budget effectively & efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI for all campaigns and initiatives.Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.Retailer & Distributor Relationships: Build & maintain impactful relationships to secure merchandising opportunities.Trend analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and shopper behavior to inform marketing strategies.Skills & Experiences Needed:

Bachelor’s Degree & 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in CPGStrong communication and ability to influence in a complex organizationStrong leadership skills with ability to influence high performing teamsHands-on, roll-up-your-sleeve individual with strong focus on execution & growth mindsetAt Mark Anthony, we live by our 5 Core Values every day:
