ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team, which specializes in serving death care professionals. You possess excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, explaining marketing strategies, and collaborating with a team of marketing experts. You will find success in your drive to demonstrate value to the clients, while collaborating with a supportive team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Actively listen to client needs, address concerns, and provide timely solutions to ensure client satisfaction.Marketing Strategy:

Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop effective marketing strategies that align with their goals. Clearly articulate marketing concepts and strategies to clients in a way that is easy to understand.Project Coordination:

Coordinate and manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed client expectations. Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives effectively.Communication:

Communicate with clients and internal teams via various channels (e.g., email, phone, video conferencing) in a clear, concise, and professional manner. Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, updates, and any potential issues.Problem-Solving:

Proactively identify challenges and opportunities within client projects, offering innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and achieve desired outcomes. Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, demonstrating the ability to think on your feet.Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with a team of marketers and industry experts to brainstorm ideas, share insights, and optimize marketing strategies. Foster a positive and supportive team environment.Client Education : Educate clients on marketing best practices, industry trends, and the value of our services. Empower clients to make informed decisions that drive their business forward.Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and campaign performance metrics. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to showcase results and recommendations to clients.Skills & RequirementsWHAT YOU'LL NEED:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.Hands-on experience with Social Media, specifically Facebook, in addition to Social Media tools such as Sprout Social or HootSuite; CRM tools like Salesforce; Google Ads and SEM rush a plus!Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Monday.com or Trello.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.Passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.TRAVEL:

None outside of commute (hybrid work required from our office in Brentwood, Tennessee at least 2-days per week).BENEFITS:
