Under the direction of the Sr. Marketing Brand Strategist, they will assist in executing collateral, advertising, direct mail, signage, special event plans, social media, reputation management, new marketing program materials, professional outreach marketing support and community communications. The Division Marketing Manager is also responsible for having knowledge and insight into lead data/analysis/tracking, assisting with annual budgeting, tracking monthly expenses, and approving community invoices. This position does not include direct reports.Responsibilities:Work with Sr. Brand Strategist and 3rd party agency(s) to develop creative and robust campaigns for all brand awareness, lead generation and lead conversion effortsBecome proficient in all Provincial Senior Living local markets, understanding the competitive landscape and target marketsSupport the Sr. Brand Strategist with the development and execution of quarterly/annual community marketing plansMeet ongoing lead generation goals tied to annual budgeted occupancy goalsResearch local marketing, advertising, and media opportunities to support brand awareness and lead generation initiatives as well as engage and differentiate community product and service offeringsCoordinate and network local marketing activities and sponsorships within the greater community at large for developing brand awareness and name recognitionPartner with Sales to understand ongoing incentives/initiatives/objectivesWorking with Sales and the communities, plan and execute special marketing events and support a Referral Outreach Program within the greater community. Track, analyze and report on effectivenessMaintain DSL brand standards across all Provincial Senior Living marketingMaintain in-depth knowledge of proprietary DSL marketing programs and support launching marketing at the local levelSupport the Sr. Brand Strategist in managing all community marketing budgets including monthly spend allocationsManage and approve all operating company marketing invoices. Track expenses in checkbook monthly and ensure all invoices are processed correctly, on time, troubleshooting any outstanding issues.Own social media and community reviews:

Approve social media postsCreate/post social engagement content as neededPost all events to FacebookRespond to reviews andRespond to questions on social media/GMB

Special projects coordination (ex. review campaign, resident referral contests)Collect photos and testimonials for community websitesManage community marketing promotional product ordersPartner monthly with other DSL Divisional Marketing Managers to share and brainstorm marketing lead generation, lead conversion and community outreach efforts to support occupancy growthOther duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred with a minimum of five years of proven marketing experienceMinimum three years digital marketing experience including email and social mediaThree years analysis and reporting experienceExperience developing short and long-term marketing strategies with traditional and non-traditional marketing channels, creating sales-driven messaging, overseeing creative development, and forecasting responseStrong presentation skills, proficient with Microsoft Power Point and ExcelAbility to track, analyze and report on ROICapacity to function in a fast-paced, environmentExperience with budget monitoring and management, and P & L reportsAbility to follow and take direction and feedbackAbility to build relationships and articulate ideas wellExcellent grammar, editing, proofing and copywriting skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail for precise analysis of dataCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with teams and collaborateTime management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasksIf having a direct impact on the lives of others is appealing to you, apply today and join our team!No agencies, please.
