Job Description:

Develop and coordinate the company’s market research, marketing strategies, marketing plans, campaigns, brand development, advertising, and public relations projects.

Duties:

Create, implement, and manage market research, marketing strategies, annual marketing plans, and campaigns that align with company goals.

Maintain a marketing budget using internal and vendor co-op resources.

Manage the creation, development, and maintenance of the company website, SEO, email blasts, newsletter, direct mail, online advertising campaigns, social media and lead generation.

Manage the creation, development, and use of company printed and digital materials such as brochures, promo items, leaflets, folders, pdfs and advertisements.

Assist in trade shows and other company activities/events.

Lead generation and management of leads.

Assist sales team by creating quotes

Assist sales team with product demos

Help facilitate communication between all departments within the company.

Assist in the development of automated processes to easily accomplish marketing tasks.

Development and deployment of internal incentive programs for employees designed to improve customer service, satisfaction, and efficiency.

Compensation will be based on experience.
