RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and carry out product launchesAnalyze sales data and devise strategies to enhance salesManage product profitability and commercial successProvide insight to higher management on the product and marketProvide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages to the sales teamProvide product trainings for salesManage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, market trends into actionable strategies for solution development, ensuring alignment with identified growth opportunitiesDefine solution specifications, features, and functionalities tailored to the specific needs of dental professionals and patientsCollaborate closely with and Sales Team to drive the development and revision of solutionsAdvocate for a streamlined development and launch process, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of solutionsPrior experience in product management within the medical device industry is preferredREQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant majorPossess self-awareness, a keenness to learn and strong communication and presentation skills in EnglishExhibit a proactive and driven mindset, showcasing a high enthusiasm to the ownership of the projectDemonstrate proficiency in building effective internal and external relationships across carious departments and hierarchical levels within an organization.Willingness to travel up to 30%Proficiency in Korean is preferred but not mandatory.BENEFITS:
