Nature of Work:Responsible for building, executing & maintain strategic business partnerships that directly impact the Colorado Rapids & Dick's Sporting Goods Park renewal and revenue goals.Works on building a positive sales culture within the department, emphasizing relationships, revenue and rewards with our colleagues and throughout KSE.Examples of work performed:

Partnership ActivationsResponsible for the strategic execution of all contractual assets while staying within set budget. Activations include but are not limited to, in-market, in-stadium, digital & social media campaigns, hospitality & community programs etc. for Dick's Sporting Goods Park and the Colorado Rapids.Partners with numerous internal departments such as game entertainment, facilities, marketing, creative services, community relations, ticket sales etc. as part of the activation process.Executes and delegates game day responsibilities as needed.Partnership Sales & PresentationsCollaborates with Sales Team and direct leadership on strategic campaigns that are aligned with the client's business and marketing objectives.Responsible for executing season end recap presentations, including ROI measurements, statistics, imagery, video, etc.Leads recommendation on partner renewal strategies based on best practices, season successes and areas of opportunity.This description is a summary only and describes the general level of work being performed, it is not intended to be all-inclusive. MinimumThree to five years in the sports/entertainment industry and/or account management including partnership marketing, brand marketing, event marketing or team/agency experience.Experience in strategic multi-facetted digital and brand marketing campaignsDriver's LicensePreferredBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceBusiness, Sports Marketing and/or Sports Management degree preferred.Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Must showcase the following: multi-tasking, strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, collaboration, ability to prioritize projects, able to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to write clearly and effectively, with solid verbal communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required.Proficiency in Sportsdigita & KORE-CRM proficiency preferred.Compensation

Base Salary: $23.32/hr. + OvertimeEligible for annual discretionary bonuses & commissionsBenefits Include
