The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for designing all marketing materials, manages the distribution of materials and ensures a consistent message across all marketing platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create, deliver, edit and optimize marketing materials Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies and sales initiatives Manage social media outreach and deliver content across all platforms Coordinate email campaigns Manage mass-mail materials Create brochures to help facilitate the sales process Promote Burgess through public relations initiatives Create and deliver press releases, white papers, corporate newsletters, blog posts and other materials as directed by management Manage the customer survey process Coordinate conference exhibiting and tradeshow events Manage website upkeep and design, as well as report on applicable website analytics Manage client award programs Coordinate client appreciation events Establish and implement a departmental budget, with tracking of allocated expenditures Education and/or Experience:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree, Marketing Preferred 2+ years in a Marketing role Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro, PDF Editor Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint), intermediate proficiency Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Forms) CRM Software experience Atlanta based company has an immediate for a Marketing Assistant.
