The Product Marketing Manager owns the upstream portion of the product journey to market by leading the product positioning and the development of the growth plan through new product development for the Sinks product category. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Marketing, this strategic Marketer collaborates with cross-functional teams to create effective marketing campaigns and develop product positioning strategies. Position must be able to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities:

Develop brand roadmap for the Sinks business unit, including brand positioning, value proposition, naming strategy, sub-brand, and tier strategy.Owns marketing growth plan for the Sinks business unit and corresponding product categories with insights from product management, channel marketing and sales.Accountable for new product development launch plan.Responsible for brand trademark process with business unit.Incorporates competitive positioning into overall strategy, including benchmarks, fighter sheets, new product launch awareness, and market trends.Defines key customer persona profiles, including messaging and key performance indicators, with input from channel, vertical and digital marketing.Sets product strategy for Creative team and provides direction on product focus.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required8+ years of experience in product, channel or brand marketing, ideally with a focus on product marketing with experience driving go-to-market launchesExperience working in a cross functional environment with engineering, operations, marketing and salesStrong business acumen with a strategic mindset and ability to influence cross-functionally and upwards, as well as challenge the status-quoSelf-reliant and results oriented; Works independently with minimal direction, driven, high sense of urgency, takes initiative, gets the job done. Deadline oriented.Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills essential to interact effectively with all organization levelsAbility to be a team player. Projects and programs require substantial cross-functional work within the Company.Absorbs information quickly; classical marketing analytic skills, i.e., consumer and market research, along with volume, price and profitability trend analyses, and program-effectiveness evaluationsMust be an intent listener and a persuasive communicator. Written communications include recommendation briefs, marketing and capital spending requests, consumer collateral and sales training and presentation tools. Verbal communications include one-on-one and small group discussions, sales meetings, and customer presentations.Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skillsFlexibility: Ability to pivot quickly based on dynamic market changes. Ability to work with changing priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Constant Contact, Canva and AdobeTravel up to 25%Total Rewards and Benefits
