SALARY:

$120,000-$142,500, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Digital Communications Director will partner with the Senior Director of BEES Online Journey in the development of tools, process and measurement for BEES lifecycle and commercial campaigns.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Campaign Strategy : Work with internal/external teams on campaign calendars, creative, planning & campaign design. Partner with our campaign team at Stitch on the implementation.Campaign Tooling : Work with the product team on the roadmap for BEES Campaign Manager and work on release and adoption plan for new features across wholesalers. This also includes Lifecycle campaigns if/when applicable as well as measurement capabilities.Brand Teams : Work to build a bridge to the brand teams to bring them closer to BEES, so that they build creative for BEES instead of repurposing consumer assets for B2B.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years using of digital advertising or marketing technologies.Knowledge of the Braze Customer Engagement Platform preferred.5+ years working on e-commerce platform marketing strategy.Experienced at managing campaign operations.Experienced at developing campaign strategy tied to mar-tech platform readinessStrong understanding of marketing campaign measurementAbility to travel (up to 25%)WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
