$125,600-$149,150, bonus and LTI eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:The Director of Promotions increases profitability by optimizing the utilization of Price Promotion in BEES, ABI's global digital B2B platform for retailers. BEES enables retailers to browse products, place orders, and pay invoices (where legal) at their convenience 24/7. Additionally, BEES US covers a broad product suite, including the Campaign Portal within ABWP, Chain Execution Tool, Payment Portals, and EDI. These tools are ultimately responsible for the full digitization of the US POC universe. In addition to price promotions, the Director of Promotions is the product owner for BEES insights reporting, a Power BI based suite of tools bringing analysis and insights to the BEES team, AB's Commercial team and AB Wholesalers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Translate currently offered promotion types into interactive BEES User features, in accordance with State legal guidance.Work to determine what new promo types should be offered within the app.Partner with global development team and 3rd party providers as needed to develop and deploy pricing and promo related features within BEES.Collaborate with Revenue Management team and Data Engineering to integrate relevant data sources into pricing recommendations.Business Owner for BEES reporting Power BI's: understanding BEES reporting needs, prioritizing and communicating them to CASE Development team.Interacts frequently with end users to understand product feedback and clearly translate into user stories.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree Required, ideally in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or other quantitative degree5-8 Years of Technology, promo / revenue, data science, ML, AI, etc.Highly organized (preferable if familiar with project management software - e.g., JIRA)Familiarity with data science & machine learning industry trendsFamiliarity with UI / UX & Product improvement skillsetFamiliarity with data modeling and Power BI reportingSkilled at holding third parties and internal / external counterparts accountableFamiliarity with three-tier system and beer pricing legalities preferredSome Travel Required: ~20%WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
