Sales Marketing Director

Responsibilities: • Collaborate with sales managers and stakeholders to assess the performance of the organization • Meet sales team goals and yearly sales targets, develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies • Use marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other ways to actively pursue new business • Develop and train your team to better serve your customers • Build customer loyalty while generating new revenue by developing long-term relationships Qualifications: • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal • Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department • Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management • High diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or sales Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
