Job Summary
As Sales & Marketing Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing the coordination of all areas of business, as well as creating and implementing sales and marketing plans to bring in new business opportunities, and maintain current clients.You will be calling or visiting different schools and educational facilities to attract business.You would also be involved in instructing our fun programs on ad-hoc basis. This would give you an opportunity to do broader range of activities as well extend the amount of hours.Responsibilities
Creates new business opportunities (schools, organizations, camps)Primary coordinator for all after-school programs (ASPs), camps, and birthday parties.Maintains relationships with clients and updates contact databases as neededHandles incoming inquiries for programmingReaches assigned goals through outreach and cross-selling programsManages client communications such as booking confirmations, invoices, follow-up surveys, and requested promotional materialBuilds marketing plans for each area of businessDevelops and implements advertising and marketing campaignsUses social media to network, maintain relationships, and build business brandingManages digital, paper, and promotional marketing materialInstruct our educational and fun programs to elementary school kids on ad-hoc basisHow are instructors compensated?
$25 per hour 20 to 30 hours per week (will be reviewed after the 1st month and can ramp up quickly)Sales incentives (these will grow as our business grows)Paid training and orientationQualifications
Sales experienceMarketing experienceExperience working with kids would be very beneficialExperience dealing with schools and school districts would be extremely beneficial
