Job Summary

  • As Sales & Marketing Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing the coordination of all areas of business, as well as creating and implementing sales and marketing plans to bring in new business opportunities, and maintain current clients.
  • You will be calling or visiting different schools and educational facilities to attract business.
  • You would also be involved in instructing our fun programs on ad-hoc basis. This would give you an opportunity to do broader range of activities as well extend the amount of hours.
Responsibilities
  • Creates new business opportunities (schools, organizations, camps)
  • Primary coordinator for all after-school programs (ASPs), camps, and birthday parties.
  • Maintains relationships with clients and updates contact databases as needed
  • Handles incoming inquiries for programming
  • Reaches assigned goals through outreach and cross-selling programs
  • Manages client communications such as booking confirmations, invoices, follow-up surveys, and requested promotional material
  • Builds marketing plans for each area of business
  • Develops and implements advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Uses social media to network, maintain relationships, and build business branding
  • Manages digital, paper, and promotional marketing material
  • Instruct our educational and fun programs to elementary school kids on ad-hoc basis
How are instructors compensated?
  • $25 per hour 20 to 30 hours per week (will be reviewed after the 1st month and can ramp up quickly)
  • Sales incentives (these will grow as our business grows)
  • Paid training and orientation
Qualifications
  • Sales experience
  • Marketing experience
  • Experience working with kids would be very beneficial
  • Experience dealing with schools and school districts would be extremely beneficial
