SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates the development and implementation of promotions and events including drawings, giveaways, parties, special events, etc.; assesses the effectiveness of all promotions and events.Coordinates the development and execution of all advertising including radio, television, digital, social, and OOH.Manages the process and works directly with external vendors, including ad agencies and direct mail companies, to oversee design, production and timely delivery of materials.Assists in the development of annual business plans for Marketing that identify revenue potential and describes marketing programs and services that will attain acceptable levels of revenue.Implements the business plan in order to achieve planned revenue and profit; anticipates and reacts to changes in planning assumptions and alters plans as necessary.Determines financial effectiveness of programs and manages marketing expenses to budget. Analyzes cost and revenue reports for areas of responsibility and recommends actions to be taken.Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and endorses business objectives, ethics and values of the company and property.Other duties as assigned.STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required.5-7 years of experience in the hospitality industryAble to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
