Position Summary:Performs a variety of marketing and digitalmedia functions to efficiently develop content for print, online, digital,social and email marketing communications to grow online, graduate,international and other enrollment for the university. Writes SEO blogs,analyzes SEO analytics via SEO software, creates email marketing campaigns,creates landing pages for programs, organizes marketing photoshoots, generatesdata reports, and researches competitors' content all with the purpose ofincreasing our graduate online presence. Works closely with our data researchanalyst to create templates and reports for internal purposes, and enrollmentservice managers to create content and mailings to further develop marketingtactics.

Essential Functions:-

Assist the Director of Recruitment Marketing by developing content for print, online, digital, social and email marketing communications to grow online, graduate, international and other enrollment for the University.- Routinely write, edit, establish and oversee SEO blogs for two different sites: online programs, and admissions.- Interface with various University departments and units such as Office of Student Affairs, Admissions, Strategic Communications, C-CAPS, and Deans of five different schools to develop and promote strategic communications.- Measure and track analytics to evaluate data-driven insights to optimize enrollment marketing and communications strategies using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEMRush, and social media insights.- Fully manage the department intern: handle job posting, hiring and supervision of intern.- Create, monitor and optimize Enrollment Management webpages (online, admissions and others) to move prospective students through the funnel and Generate Request for Information (RFI) forms and on-going Drip Campaigns to promote online graduate programs.- Work closely with our research market analyst to create templates and reports for internal purposes.- As assigned.

Prerequisite Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. At least three yearsof relevant experience. Higher education experience. Critical thinker withdemonstrated editorial, verbal and written communication skills with theability to write explicit, concise and compelling content that resonates withtarget audiences, leveraging analytics and user testing to gauge theeffectiveness.- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, project managementand time management skills. Ability to look at a process as it exists, findnew efficiencies and put those changes into practice.- Demonstrated knowledgeon the approaches to successful digital marketing and the role of customerrelationship management systems with lead generation and drip campaigns.

- Significant experience actively participating in successful integratedmarketing campaigns.- Demonstrated knowledge of the technological approachesto market research and digital marketing and proficiency with multipleapproaches.- Proficiency with state-of-the-art practice tools for creatingdigital content (e.g., Adobe Create Cloud suite, etc.) Demonstratedanalytical problem-solving skills.- Experience in executing social mediamarketing campaigns, search marketing campaigns, SEO and other digitalmarketing platforms.- Knowledge of information systems, data sets andmanagement reporting. Knowledge of CMS Systems (Drupal) and CRM tools(Slate).- At the university's discretion, the education and experienceprerequisites may be exempted where the candidate can demonstrate to thesatisfaction of the university, an equivalent combination of education andexperience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.

Preferred Qualifications:-

Great attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projectsin a deadline-driven atmosphere. Must be detail-oriented with excellentinterpersonal, presentation and writing skills and can communicate effectivelywith all staff and management levels.- Experience in executing social media marketing campaigns(Facebook/Instagram ads, YouTube, etc ).- Experience in managing Drupal- orWordPress-based sites or similar content management systems.- Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suites. Slate experience preferred. Strong familiarity with SEObest practices and strategies.- Experience using Google Analytics and other toolsto measure user behavior. Knowledge of information systems, data sets andmanagement reporting.
