Sales/Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goalsIdentify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysisBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and word of mouth referralsConduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and build strong professional relationshipsCollaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns\Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactionsCommunicate effectively with staffing team to ensure client satisfactionMaintain client satisfaction through communication and client managementTrack KPI'S to better forecast what is needed and where improvement is requiredRequirements:Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Private Duty Home Care IndustryStrong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clientsAbility to build relationships with referral sources and clients to ensure repeat businessProficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales activitiesCustomer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiencesStrong account management skills to ensure client satisfaction and retentionAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to assess and build an effective Care Plan for clients using our servicesSenior Services industry experience is a plusIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for helping people and are driven to make things happen, we encourage you to apply.
