The Marketing Coordinator we are seeking will be responsible for assisting in the development of and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

· Work directly with Director of Marketing to understand strategic vision for both the brand and assist as needed to help execute individual campaigns and assignments with precision.

· Daily monitoring social platforms and Salesforce to ensure marketing Leads are organized and managed accurately and attributed to the appropriate marketing campaign.

· Working directly with Sales Reps and Inside Sales to ensure Marketing Leads are being contacted in a timely manner.

· Setting up email campaigns for deployment in both Netsuite and Salesforce - including email testing, managing campaign target groups, managing campaign tracking.

· High level analysis of email campaign performance, including open rates, click through rates, responses, etc. and report on the effectiveness to the executive teams.

· Assisting with HTML email creation and versioning.

· Ensure that CRM databases are maintained and updated.

Additional Responsibilities:

Create marketing content, in collaboration with internal and external resources, including articles, video, customer education media, email messaging, social media posts, newsletters, etc.

Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, product guides, trade show products, etc., in conjunction with MiLB partnership.

Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and preferences, in the campaigns targeted regions.

Manage the lead generation database of customers and prospects for marketing operations.

Oversee every aspect of DuraEdge's promotional events, such as ballpark “suite days” and trade shows for the marketing department.

Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, media partners and key communities.

Requirements

BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

2+ years of experience in B2B marketing

Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation and ERP systems. *Preferably Salesforce, Pardot, and NetSuite.

Experience in developing and deploying HTML email campaigns.

Experience in and familiarity with Adobe creative platforms (Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus

Video editing capabilities, graphic design and photography experience are optional but would greatly benefit the role.

Track record of driving successful lead generation programs and integrating marketing activities with sales process.

Expertise managing social media and search engine ad campaigns and ability to refine campaign to achieve desired results.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong data analytics skills.

Attention to detail critical to the overall success of the role.
