Base Salary SF or NYC- $96,000- $124,000

Base Salary LA: $91,000- $118,000

X's Self Serve Ads team is looking for a marketer with a process-oriented and technical mindset that will help support our global and regional initiatives that drive business engagement and advertiser demand.

In this role you will support and execute marketing tactics focusing on engagement, traffic, lead generation, and lifecycle messaging integrated across our marketing channels (particularly email and website). You will have the opportunity to lead and run campaigns, and provide assistance for a variety of digital marketing programs in collaboration with content, marketing operations, and other cross-functional teams.

We are looking for strong communication and project management skills, a keen attention to detail, and an interest in learning and supporting multiple enterprise-level platforms in the marketing technology space. You should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, and a desire to grow in this field.

Lead evergreen email campaigns and supporting assets and documentationManage and maintain marketing technology stack (Eloqua, Salesforce, etc.)Provide tactical execution of email campaigns designed to generate and cultivate advertiser leads and existing customersProvide tactical support for website development including page building and updates, QA, form configuration, and troubleshooting, or ad hoc requestsMaintain digital asset management system, and implement digital asset cataloging, metadata, and organizationManage service desk requests from partners: including prioritization of requests, proactively responding with status updates and changes, and being responsive to questions and inquiriesTroubleshoot and QA campaigns and pages, workflows, data issues, and other marketing ops functionsWe are a global and cross-functional team. In this role, you will be able to collaborate work cross functionally with Customer Success, Data Science & Engineering, Product and IT, across regions in support of our initiativesLearn and champion best practices and operational/brand standards for campaigns and customer-facing assetsProvide reporting and analyses of campaign and operational performanceLearn and assist other channels and team members where needed in support of overall team and company objectivesQualifications

4+ years of relevant work experienceBachelor's degree or equivalentExperience with marketing automation software, web content management system, and CRM (Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager, and Salesforce, a plus)Experience building email marketing campaigns andStrong communications and project management skills with an ability to work across multiple groups and continually communicate expectations and updatesOrganized, thorough, obsessed with processes, and strong attention to detail with a dedication to quality, accuracy, and consistency, including adherence to brand standardsSelf-starter, not afraid to be flexible and roll up your sleeves, as well as a willingness to evolve as priorities, channels, and implemented technologies changeA growth attitude, including the ability to guide and explain, in addition to taking initiative to develop the skills and knowledge required for responsibilitiesWillingness to speak up and give ideas, recommendations, and opportunities to test or optimizeCopywriting skills and experience in the digital advertising industry a plus
