The Design Associate Account Manager is responsible for landscape architectural assignments from utilizing graphic programs, site planning, construction estimating, construction detailing, client interaction and project implementation. This position is knowledgeable in design concepts, basic planting design, hardscape materials, layout, and grading. This position is also responsible for the client's experience throughout the design process, planning and designing a variety of projects; also having a sales element in the role.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or related field.Proficient in current design software (CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop).Thorough knowledge of industry basics, such as landscape design, construction, irrigation, maintenance, and blueprints.Working knowledge of state and local municipal building and zoning code related to exterior hardscape layout, and grading.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to deliver presentations to clients.Customer/Client service excellence experience.Sales experience.
